Personalized Healthy Eating Program
The Personalized Healthy Eating Program was developed by Dominique Ruggieri, PhD while working for many years at Temple University in the Center for Obesity Research and Education, and after years of teaching and research in the Temple University Department of Public Health. This program combines a personalized assessment and a step-by-step method for healthy eating and weight control that has been successful in a variety of dietary interventions and settings nationwide. Your personalized program is provided in a user-friendly online format that allows you to move at your own pace.
The program content includes:
- A Personalized Pre-Post Dietary Analysis using the Personalized Stress and Fitness Profile (PSFP)
- Nutrition Podcasts
- Healthy Eating and Exercise Workbook
- Online Communication with Dr. Ruggieri and/or one of her trained Dietary Care Counselors
- Exclusive mini-lessons known as Dom’s Daily Dishes. These highly requested mini-lessons will teach you about important dietary principles in a fast, simple, no-nonsense and idiot-proof manner
The focus of this program is to provide you with a personally tailored action plan to help you:
- Eat healthier foods
- Make sound food choices
- Understand and implement weight loss strategies
- Become a better and smarter food consumer
- Look and feel better
Note: Although weight loss may be a side effect of eating healthier, it is not the primary program goal. The goal of this program is to help you have a healthier diet and better energy by improving the choices you make each day.
